Ars Electronica
Annually since 1979, the Festival, founded by Ars Electronica Center in Linz, has featured a lineup of symposia, exhibitions, performances and events designed to further an artistic and scientific confrontation with the social and cultural phenomena that are the consequences of technological change. The 2007 Ars Electronica Festival will delve into what the public and private spheres have come to mean and the interrelationship that now exists between them.

The eighth edition of the Avanto Festival will be held on 16-18 November 2007 and focus on film under the title International Free Cinema. The Dutch Electronic Art Festival (DEAF) is an international and interdisciplinary biennial that focuses on art, technology and society and is organized by V2_, Institute for the Unstable Media, in Rotterdam. DEAF presents a wide range of programme segments, including, of course, a large exhibition of interactive artworks and installations. Pocket Film Festival was organized by Forum des images, France. The 3rd Pocket Film Festival will be held at Pompidou Contemorary Art Center on June 8-10, 2007, which may be held at the same venue for the last chance. Readme festival in the year 2005 aims at supporting the production of software art projects and texts critically engaging with software art. In 2006, the representatives of the Ministry of Education of Taiwan and Australia held the "2006 Taiwan-Australia New Media Arts Symposium". Three Taiwan art universities and several private colleges enlarged the scale of "Taiwan-Australia New Media Arts Symposium" and renamed it as "Traversing Fantasy: International New Media Arts Festival 2007". The activites included: exhibition, workshop, symposium and forum.

Videobrasil International Electronic Art Festival
In 1983, Associacao Cultural Videobrasil organized the first edition of what would later become the International Electronic Art Festival. Every two years, the Festival brings groundbreaking work by cream-of-the-crop artists from all over the world to Sao Paulo. WRO International Media Art Biennale
WRO INTERNATIONAL MEDIA ART BIENNALE is the first in Poland, and the largest and oldest according to the Central-East Europe survey of media art, taking up issues of contemporary art in the perspective of culture and communication. It takes place in Wroclaw and presents directions of development and changes in contemporary art created with the use of contemporary communication tools, including video art, computer animation, interactive art, art CD-ROMs, performances, net art,etc.
